99.3 THE DRIVE - PRINCE GEORGE'S CLASSIC HITS

The Lakes District Tragedy Relief Fund
The Burns Lake Rotary Club is accepting donations for the Lakes District Tragedy Relief Fund. The Rotary Club will also be organizing a benefit on Saturday, February 4th with proceeds to assist the Lakes District Tragedy Relief Fund over the coming weeks and months as that community deals with the challenges brought on by the devastating fire and explosion at Babine Forest Products in Burns Lake.

Donations may be made to the Burns Lake Rotary Club/Lakes District Tragedy Fund at PO Box 616, Burns Lake, BC, V0J 1E0, or online (Using PayPal, VISA or Mastercard) at www.rotaryburnslake.org. Also donations can be made at any CIBC branch in British Columbia.

Donations for the benefit and silent auction would be gratefully accepted. Please contact Terri Dickson at 250-695-6684.

EVENT: UNBC Basketball at the Charles Jago Northern Sports Centre.
WHEN: Saturday February 4th  Women  tip off at 6pm and the men start at 8pm.
DETAILS: Join The Drive for the last home game of the year as the Timberwolves battle Quest University from Squamish. The Women are a perfect 10-0 this season and ranked third in the country while the men are 8-2 and in second place. Look for Shane the Funchaser with free stuff to give away! EVENT: The Prince George Education & Career Fair
WHEN: Friday, February 10, 2012 9am-3pm
WHERE: PG Civic Centre
MORE: Going into its 15th year, the Education and Career Fairs have grown from the original two fairs in Vancouver and Surrey and expanded into new regions, including Vancouver Island and the BC Interior. Having hosted over 50 fairs, the largest career planning event in Western Canada and has expanded, this time into Northern, BC with its new event in Prince George!
ECF's mission is to provide visitors the opportunity to develop their career path. Whether you are still in high school, looking for a job, or looking to make a career change – your future begins here! Admission is $5 but there is coupon online for free admission after 12pm.
