I can remember hearing the news and seeing the footage of Nancy Kerrigan clutching her leg and crying, “Why? Why?” back in 1994. It didn’t take much investigation to unfold the plot put into place by her teammate Tonya Harding and her crew. It was salacious and strange. 23 years later we get to relive those events in the new black comedy movie, “I, Tonya”. Margot Robbie is portraying the disgraced skater opposite Caitlin Carver as Nancy Kerrigan. “I, Tonya” will be released to streaming services on December 8th.
A new Documentary is also on the way featuring Jim Carrey and the filming of the Andy Kaufman bio pic, “Man on the Moon”. The movie will showcase how Carrey absorbed as much of the late comedians personality as possible. Even to the point of making Kaufmans friends and old cast mates feel as though the actor was back from the grave, in an annoying way.
