It’s a high school reunion, but not a typical one! It’s a reunion for all the Mackenzie Secondary School graduating classes of the 1980’s! Everyone who graduated from 1980 to 1989 at Mackenzie Secondary is invited. We are doing this because it’s the only way we can think of to help out Mackenzie. With potentially 500 people coming to Mackenzie for the Canada Day long weekend 2010, we will use every possible service, give a little economic boost to the town, and hopefully draw some attention back to small, one-industry (forestry) towns that have been devastated by the economic crisis, and a provincial government who doesn’t seem to care anymore. The reunion takes place on the Canada Day long weekend 2010, with events on July 2 and 3. Julia Krause, Phone/Fax: 250.762-5244 Cell: 250.212.3904.
