In 1986, Paul Hogan became a household name with the blockbuster Crocodile Dundee. A story about an Aussie and a New Yorker being exposed to different cultures. 32 Years later, the name Dundee will once again hit theaters. This time, the story will be based around the son of the Australian legend. Personally, I am not sure if this is a selling point but the movie will have “Eastbound and Down” star, Danny McBride as Dundee Jr.
In Sci-fi news, if the Porgs were a little to cute and cuddly for you in the new Star Wars movie, an answer could be on its way. A novel that Star Wars took a lot of inspiration from is going a full fledged remake. Dune had some time in the theaters back in 1984 but it was panned by critics and movie goers for being clunky, low budget looking and no where near as fun as the other space drama. Will the new Dune revitalize the Science Fiction world for adults?
