Exactly two years ago I was in the grip of a serious anxiety disorder. It was 4-months of hell. I constantly felt like I was hooked up to an IV pumping espresso through my veins. My heart was always racing, I felt nauseous, couldn’t sleep and was scared as hell.
My body and my mind had been warning me for a few years but it took a major meltdown for me to finally pay attention.
Through medication, healthy diet, yoga and meditation I managed to get balanced and get well. Now, I look back on that experience with gratitude because I’m healthier than ever.
